      Plenty of overtime available. Not selective overtime.

      Cons

      Inconsistent scheduling. Long hours, hard plan outside of work in summer, overall company has poor communication skills.

      - Very labor intensive - Heavy lifting - Work weird hours - never have a schedule to go by

      Being that its a small company starting pay is often lower than other places. If you dont like contributing to a team atmosphere this place is not for you.
