Pros

Great if you have no other options, it gave me resume fodder to get a real job afterwards

Cons

Underpaid for the position relative to the area, even heard management say its hard to find anyone because of the pay Basically no on boarding set up, they expect entry level to just jump in to systems without any documentation, especially stressful when no one else in the company knows how to use the system in question No room for growth at all, only option is if someone else leaves Lack of feedback as I rarely received it from my supervisor, only popped up during presentations or meetings when it needed to be addressed
