      Pros

      Peers are great but often pressured. Colleagues all work more than 12 hours a day here.

      Cons

      Nothing changes after merging. Massive turnover rate in different regions tells a lot. Lots of promise on vision but no execution. Different bosses talk differently although keep talking about People First but does not really execute it. slave driving for more $$ are always Painful.

      Pros

      They work with you on time balance, and are practical about odd hours. They have a happy office environment, and are good about goals. There is growth within the company, and it is a place you can be at for years to come. Salary and benefits were comparable to other offers.

      Cons

      Weird HR start with trying to find how to get enrolled in benefits. It all worked out though.

      Why must I write pros when there are none?

      Cons

      "leadership" if you wish to call it that is HORRIBLE! If you are looking for a paycheck it might be worth your time Outside of that don't both sooooo unprofessional on so many different fronts
