Working for swm this company you learn not to trust management team . questions, Concerns, or issues are always answered by ill get back to you, or ill look into it , and blowing you off hoping you won't continue asking again but if you do then you are marked an employee with an attitude problem and harassed . human resource ,safety management ,superintendents as well as maintenance management have been nicknamed swm's (same worthless management) due to not wanting to properly address or deal with most situations to correct the issue instead they use the fact that you need your job and paycheck to hang over your head with their mob like family mentality until you quit or they find some loophole to terminate your employment where you can't collect
Cons
covering up safety issues that will cost to much to fix
Not updating safety material data sheets or following new safety guidelines
Constant harassment
Being treated like a pawn
Don't ask questions just do it
Not providing the correct proper safety gear or environment
