Great People and a Great Start

Pros

A lot to learn and do if open to learning. Most of the time very easy going and relaxed environment

Cons

Location may be a pain to commute to especially during winter months in the snow or construction in the summer. Can get very hectic during shift if machinery is down for too long. Slower seasons where not much work is available
