      friendly staff, standard model, decent perks, great learning and development, reasonable KPIs, clear care development if you hit targets

      Cons

      told it was warm desk, not on any PSLs, tough market as in most recruitment roles so not exactly their fault, sometimes the benefits were unrealistic and only the men in tech/motor departments who'd been there years would ever win them which made it seem unachievable.
