      Pros

      flexible place to work for, not too much stressfull very easy going environment you learn a lot specially if you are working on projects either en your own or with teams

      Cons

      employees are not well paid for their jobs and efforts and you don't get good raises specially if you are not in the management rank

      Closely knit group of employees. Most teams have great middle managers who understand team dynamics.

      Cons

      Poor communication and leadership is plaguing this company. Upper management is completely unaware of development time to properly schedule any projects.
