There are absolutely no pros to working at this company.Because management has developed unique ability to turn every possible PRO to CONS. Besides working as an engineer or any post you will certainly get a chance to clean your desk, your cabin , throw your tea cups in dustbin ,your PC (If you have certain), also the FLOOR while having your lunch (Where some special people walk by wearing shoes). They do believe in "Save Electricity" by following such weird steps like if outside temperature is above 40 then AC will be run for 5 hours (12-5) and if someday temperature goes down by 35 then it will be for 4 hours.(Bravo !!) They will help u to prepare for crisis (financial) by they so called policy, where u will get a chance to live in metro city for uncertain days while u'll be allowed only 250 (INR) to spend (save for company) for breakfast,lunch,snacks,dinner. So you can explore the new CHEAP places where u can eat while u are on important project and also you can build your temperament. you can write any designation u could think of (except MD) by after 2 year u'll be project manger and later business leader (for this less qualification, lower technical skills,dumbness required) Can improve your command on IRCTC and redbus also will know how to deal with TT bribing,where to stay or how to reach on your destination on your own. Co-workers are good. Less politics. ENOUGH SAID....sad :( ?

Countless but trying to sum-up in brief, PAY very less. Despite this they cut 10% security deposit form your monthly pay.Which they will pay u after so many followups after 13-15 months. Appraisal will be always below the market rate. No Salary slips. 2 year bond for 1 lac CTC. No PF No business card. No joining letter HR and upper management are worst, especially MD. Work place is so messy, dirty , filthy and stinky. You have to manage your travelling tickets and hotel bookings where they also have a limit ONLY SLEEPER CLASS.Also have to take care of client payment. No work -life balance. Also HR recovers company's pending target by penalising for late coming ( for 1 minute even if punching machine has discrepancy) and early going , late punch for lunch ). Ridiculous.. PC or system are too slow and others don't work. Here also they use VMware to save money but they don't have a guts to bag profitable project.

Full on Politics Egoistic Employees. If you say any right words to anyone. It hurts their ego. Employees are playing games on mail. No value of talent. No Technically sound persons. If you join SSM infotech, You will loose your talent.
