      there was a great sense of community among the staff, which helped make the experience more bearable.

Although my role was listed as ‘Paralegal,’ that title was inaccurate—I primarily handled administrative tasks rather than legal casework. To be transparent, it was one of the most disorganised and poorly managed environments I’ve worked in, which made it a difficult experience overall.
