Everything else from the pay, the work, and especially managment. My wife has a serious health condition that required hospitization, I was fired for visiting her and returning with a doctors note. They use a staffing firm called Next Level Staffing who just got caught committing tax fraud and hiring illegal immigrants. The entire shop is full of illegals. They are heartless, prioritize parts over people. I asked to be shown/trained on a part for 1 day and they literally said "no training" which is an OSHA violation. If you value the trade and your career as a machinist, stay away from this joke of a shop. They will soon be out of business.

No growth Hard workers get nothing Lazy workers get nothing Management is mostly made of Owners Friends, (Warren and Skip does a great job, those guys do everything👍) Supervision or Foreman has a errand boy during 1st shift (Temp Agency position) dont ask for more money, its a no. They have signs in the bathroom that say “dont throw toilet Paper on the ground with sh!t on it” Also dont have paper towels in bathroom or breakroom. I worked there for 2 years and a handful of times been told by my supervisor “ I dont want to let you go” its a buff because it took management a year to find my replacement before I moved to a new position. Vacation time is 2 weeks but if you use them up before you leave to a new job in less of a year you’re paying it back. If you’re not in the management inner circle you’re good, for example Assembly lead or supervisor does nothing I got laid off, reason they told me “ look I’m going to make this quick, weren’t make profits, and you’re being laid off.” Which was a reasonable because who is going to work for free.
