- Good WFH policy - Young people to work with - Diverse Canadian office - Internal opportunities - Mentoring programs

Cons

- Everyone is mostly underpaid especially in the Canadian office unless you’re a Software Engineer or in Dev - Payroll department is completely clueless about the cost of living in Canada and other non MN offices and continuously underpays their Canadian employees - Micromanagement - Poor health benefits, does not completely pay dentist visits, does not cover prescription glasses - No bonuses and merit increase is set to 1% - 2% only while the CEO made $15 Million in 2021 alone
