Pros
Smart people who want to do the right thing for their customer and the company.
Cons
CEO is a bully and his mood on a particular day effects the entire workplace environment. He has been know to decide he does not like somebody anymore and then "make them go away" or fire them on the spot that day. He has virtually no long term employees because he has driven them all off by his constant harassing.
