Easy of access to senior management. Huge investments in our professional development (training, certification, time-off for seminars, etc.) Fun place to work with a "family" type atmosphere. Good understanding of the Federal contracting business and believes in providing quality engineering resources to DOD clients. Flexible in working with me when time off was needed for personal reasons. Easy-going management staff with a hard-working work ethic. Fair in the dealings with partners, clients, and us (employees). Reinvests heavily in employees and offices in the region where we reside. Great parties!
Cons
Small company still trying to make it's mark in the federal market. Busy management juggling lots of tasks, so understand it may take some time to get things done.
