      Pros

      Teachers have flexibility in how they present the curriculum Teachers interact with a great population of students and feel like they are making a difference. The company is open to your ideas Management puts effort into teachers' professional development opportunities

      Cons

      Each school site can be small, so if you have a coworker who doesn't pull his/her own weight it is frustrating. For non-teachers, job security seems a bit up in the air at times depending on the success of the schools

      Terrible admin who have no idea what they’re doing…they work from home while no support…no training…terribly run
