Pros

Advancement with company is fairly quick, as many retirees, company sponsored Education Programs, Excellent benefit package and EDO's

Cons

Lowest paid Civil servant as far a salary. Not enough adjusters - therefore everyone feels overworked and frazzled. Co. leans to heavily on diversity hires instead of qualified people for the job.
