Leadership that is truly kind and helpful Laid back with a lot of independence A team that's super knowledgable about SEO

Cons

SEO is becoming less and less outsourced and that's a little concerning to overall company bottom line The client management aspect of the job is pretty reduntant, and about the time you finish it, it's time to start it all over again. Not that many zoom calls, but probably too many for me personally :)
