Pros

-Work from Home. -Salary credited every 7th day of the month. -Near Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station.

Cons

-Managers doesn't has technical knowledge. -Once this company achieve the first milestone of the project, they avoid even answering their clients. -They often practice hiring and firing, they fired 5 of my colleague in the name of cost cutting even though they were very hardworking employees. -Salary hikes are 5-10% even your salary is below ₹20,000 a months (they don't even give a hike of ₹5,000) -HR doesn't reply on time, they mostly ignore your query. And if you start ignoring they start giving lecture about professionalism, I be like c'mon you should be the last one to talk about it. -This company was even raided by ED (That was my best day in this company, seeing the founders beaten by the officers XD). -Notice period is of 3 months. -They don't have the knowledge of their own project. -No one follow the blueprint/figma it change almost every week.

Pros

As a web developer at SDLC Corp, I got exposure to a fair number of projects across different domains, which helped me work with various tools and frameworks. The team is approachable, and you can usually get help from peers or seniors when you're stuck on something. Managers give developers a reasonable amount of ownership over their tasks, and there's room to learn through hands-on work rather than only theory.

Cons

The pace can get demanding at times, especially when multiple projects run in parallel. Managing several deadlines at once is something you have to figure out on your own, and the workload doesn't always align with the time available
