      Sexual Harassment at Sciex

      none- this company has good leaders that are not recognized

      Cons

      there is a legal claim against Sciex in front of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for discrimination on the grounds of sexual harassment. If as a female you've been sexually harassed while working at Sciex or you lost your job to cover up sexual harassment - speak up!!!!

      Nice office building, lots of nice people to work with

      Cons

      Once the company was bought out by Danaher, it turned into a cut throat environment, basically they gutted the Canadian operations and sent most of the jobs to the US. They are not interested in building a good business and looking after the employees, It was all about the bottom line and how the top guys could get a bigger bonus for themselves

      Great people very good suite of products. Solid customer support. Fantastic field engineers.

      Cons

      Creativity choked by Corp policy. Losing the small company feel fast. Too much bureaucracy. Out of balance for work vs life.
