Top-heavy management and poor leadership hinder growth

Canteen food is cheap. Losing territory. Too many territory and can't manage. Poor maintenance regime.

Cons

Top heavy. Old vp demographic. Not consistent. Poor leadership. Low salary. Not sure why majority of higher management are Chinese.

Stable, secure employment. Complimentary public transport across Bus and Rail basic services.

Cons

Becoming top-heavy over the years and skewed too much towards projects with appraisals based on those, regardless how well you carry out your core work is taken for granted.
