This is a great job if you’re interested in litigation. It’s fast-paced, so there’s always something going on and a lot to learn. Hard work is definitely noticed and rewarded, which makes you feel valued. The team environment is great—everyone is supportive and easy to work with. The schedule is flexible, and there are plenty of perks that make employees feel included and appreciated. Management and Brother Rutter are fair and approachable, which really helps with the day to day. Overall, it’s a really rewarding role, especially if you enjoy helping people. It’s a great place for someone who stays focused, works hard, and wants to be part of growing firm.

I began my career at Rutter Mills 18 years ago as a legal assistant, where I discovered a true passion for helping clients. After exploring opportunities at two local firms, I realized how much I missed the strong sense of community, values, and client-focused approach that make Rutter Mills unique.
