The process was handled with professionalism and care. From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed — the warmth and openness from the team made the transition seamless. Now, little more than four months into my role, it's clear the company has evolved significantly. The growth is evident in how efficiently each department operates and collaborates. My line manager is supportive and consistently fosters a nurturing environment for the team. Overall, I’m truly pleased to be back and proud to be part of Russell Finex once again.
