They don’t withhold your pay, and believe me, getting paid on your deals on time is worth it’s weight in gold in car business, plus no draw, it’s a salary!

You need to really work the payplan to make over 100k

Owner is a big chalupe who takes his anger out on employees with false accusations on a regular basis.
