Great people who are always willing to lend a helping hand. A fun culture where there is no gossiping or whispering. Down to earth President who is willing to adapt and trusts his employees.

Pros

Roundtable is a fast growing company with a close knit family culture. It was an outstanding company to work for. They truly value you and someone is always there to answer your questions. I would recommend Roundtable to any of my family and friends. I was promoted within the first 5 months of working there and saw great opportunities for advancement into management/leadership roles. Only reason for leaving was to run my business full time. I wish this company nothing but success!

Cons

No cons for working at Roundtable.

Pros

Unique VR technologies. Talented staff workers. Casual dress code and flex hours. There seems to be potential for a successful company.

Cons

Pretty sure some of the positive reviews are fabricated. Especially the one that says they worked there for 8 years. The company has only been around for 4 or 5 years. During my time there, the company "shifted focus" several times. People were regularly being fired and hired. Employees often felt undervalued and overworked.

Roundtable Learning Response

I'm sorry that you feel the reviews here don't match your expectations. I can assure you that Roundtable Learning has been in business since 1997 and we do have some employees with tenures 8 years or more. We do not ask employees to complete positive reviews to skew results. The leadership has shifted focus away from LMS development to consulting and content creation in the past 2 years and now we are dedicated to growing where we believe we are fit.
