Great Products for free. worked with some wonderful people and made lasting friendships at R+F

Cons

The hours are insane. Managers bragging that they've burned out their team. Many people having to go on Stress leave and heard rumours of people being hospitalized during the website launch. Work life balance is terrible. Upper Management is really hard on their teams and there is some extremely toxic people in the director roles and above. People are leaving in droves.

The corprate team has run this company into the ground with complete and utter disregard for the field of consultans and the vision of it's founders.
