There's a general lack of support and encouragement; instead, you'll find plenty of undermining and finger-pointing. -Exploitation of staff. Editors and producers seem more interested in taking advantage of their assistants than mentoring them. -No pay. They expect long hours of hard work but fail to compensate fairly (or at all). -There are better post houses in the city that treat their staff with respect and professionalism.

Upper management has some unkind characters. Also the PA work can be useless and demeaning like taking someone's car to go get washed or buying a new game console for the owner's son.
