Very Unorganized company and corporate office seriously disconnected from their sites---upper management crooked.

Pros
There are none. Benefits were cut, 401k was cut, hourly pay to the associates were cut back and no evaluation or pay increases. Pay structure is a scam! Run away fast!
Cons
You will regret working here, and they mooch off of their clients' equipment and facilities, just as they frequently are late delivering paychecks to their employees. They have NO assets and have been under three different names in 5 years and investors are backing out of them.

Pros
There are no Pros with Roadlink. They hire people at $9/hour and lie about incentive. The upper management is unfair and does not realize how hard this work is
Cons
Pay, management, benefits, future, environment, not union, hires criminals, lies are daily with all management. The customer listens to another third party company and always blames Roadlink. Roadlink management is to afraid to stand up to them. We do not care that you lose all that money. We will not help you until you help us.
