Pros
Loved the people I worked with on a direct basis. It was a very tight-knit environment. Brainstorming sessions were cool.
Cons
The management was awful. Like, psychotic-level awful. The CEO had no grip on reality or on money management. When people work overtime, they don't want monopoly money that can only be used to "buy" company swag.
