Erratic Salary Disbursement. Salary happens very late either on 16th or even sometimes on 17th. Discrimination of salary disbursement between new and old employees. Conveyance payments are delayed. Filthy Office Politics. Toxic Work Environment. No self respect. Rustic Work Culture. High decibel work envoronment. Most employees speak in high pitched voices. HR is absolutely rustic, not supportive and very biased.
