Pros

Good pay, some good co-workers, & interesting work in the ASME industry. Good work/ family life balance. Company is growing w/ a new President so if you're in his graces then you're good. There are some bonuses which is nice.

Cons

"It's a privilege to work here" mentality w/ favoritism towards anyone who brown-noses, back-stabs, or used to work for NNS. Office is from the 1970's. DAILY meetings/ spreadsheets to update upper management as to what you are working on. This is probably the biggest con as these meetings are useless and demoralizing. Chaotic & archaic management with hard keyed data instead of modern accounting and project management software. Riggins is a small company trying to step into corporate shoes. Riggins is constantly trying to re-invent the wheel.

Pros

Very sketchy throughput checks using made up numbers that can't be verified. Those will go away soon as the drive for more money will make them almost impossible to reach the goals.

Cons

Work life balance is great only if your part of the incrowd, like being family/friend of the management team that or you kiss allot of butt. Otherwise they give you more work then anyone could handle with little to no guidance or help. There is no advancement opportunities unless your family or a friend. They promote people who either they just hired or who just aren'tgood at their jobs(because they are family or friends). Don't let the friendly faces fool you they will treat you like dirt while playing the victim just to get you to work more for less.

Pros

family oriented if you are part of the "in crowd"

Cons

When push comes to shove, even if you have undeniable proof to support your case they will throw you to the wolves in order to make a dollar. Loyalty doesn't exist there anymore. If you are not part of the "in crowd" you can forget advancing within the company.
