Pros

I think my colleagues are very kind & empowering. Though people come and go through the years, I think the culture that these people grow in is encouraging. Now there are more bonding activities initiated by HR too :)

Cons

Looking forward to more perks and maybe a bigger bonus as the company grows. So far, I'm not complaining.
