Pros
Colleagues are really helpful and the work experience isn't stressful. The studio has a good location (Grozavesti), has subway access. The work hours are OK, and there is a standard 1-hour lunch break 12.00 to 13.00.
Cons
The QA testers' salaries are frozen and management won't raise them above an already low limit, claiming that the market is unstable, even when making huge profits from iOS releases.
