Pros
Friendly and kind staff make the work day enjoyable. It's a small office, so there are interesting opportunities to try new skills and take on a range of tasks. This can also make the work less boring. Great location for the Vancouver office, although the office itself is a little cramped and isn't designed for the way it's being used.
Cons
Management exhibits little respect for employees. Micromanagement of nearly every task. Value to the company seems to be based exclusively on the number of hours worked. Little room for career advancement, and experienced employees with large(r) salaries seem to be routinely replaced by cheaper labour. Management seems constantly suspicious that employee conversations must be plots against the company.

Pros
The CEO might seem a bit strange at first, but really he is a very chill and direct person. The salary is pretty good and the atmosphere is casual
Cons
Management is really all over the place. Products are announced internally on the same day they go on sale, same day deadlines come out of nowhere. Some procedures are modern and some are overly weird and outdated.
