This company has a Burger King/Convenience Store level management mentality. Jobs have a history of being a bait-and-switch. The pay and benefits are bad and there is a long history of misleading customers.
This company culture is in a constant state of crisis management. Management treats people like factory machines and builds a huge amount of ill will within the staff.
On the paper/mechanical side the machines and software are one their deathbeds gasping their last gasps of breathe on a daily basis. It is only through a series of ill-conceived Band-Aids that the system does not fully and permanently collapse.
The software side is abysmal and constantly in need of attention. This company is responsible for highly sensitive data and they are completely irresponsible in how they manage it. The systems are insecure and they are constantly misleading clients into believing they have capabilities they do not have.
This is a toxic place that treats people horribly. The result is a nasty, toxic work environment that creates unsafe web products. Every current employee on the technical side have one foot out the door. This place is a temporary stepping stone at best.
Again, do not walk, RUN away from this company.
