      People are nice and the HR team is nice.

      Cons

      The HR Head would flirt and is pathetic. The management does know about him but have hardly done anything about it.

      Learning Cycle is good but not attractive as only some people are given chance.

      Foolish Management who think about his own growth and achievements. Here only relatives, known people are grown or you will have to butter your boss by any ways : )
