- Cares about your career path - Candid conversations on company position - Remote working, the right way! - Interesting future ahead (New projects & products) - Easy to communicate with every team member (Everyone is friendly and approachable)

Cons

- The size of the team is growing rapidly. 3 - 10 new people a month since I joined and it can mean you don't interact with everyone much but at least once a month we're able to put a face to a name in a monthly full team catch up.
