      Most employees are nice. Good product.

      Cons

      No room for growth. No integrity. No structure.. Untrustworthy. Expect everything and give nothing. Owners lie to your face.

      Pros

      I have been in this industry for a couple decades and ResinTech has always been a very respected company. I was very honored to begin working here, but the experience only got better. The owners and managers care and believe in work/life balance. The company gives back to the community on a regular basis. And last, but not least, the management listens. Amazing family and wonderful place to work.
