Pros
CEO uses lots of harsh words so I also get to use lots of dirty words when I'm not happy. For some reason the colleagues maybe enjoy privacy, because they seldom talk to me, so I have lots of peace and quiet. But I think maybe they are gossiping behind my back?
Cons
The company has no good products and no good website, how to sell? When I cannot sell, they blame me. When I try to sell, nobody knows this company. After I explain about this company, nobody is interested, always tell me that Klook is better or some other nonsense. Workplace is not a positive work environment. After just a few weeks I don't feel like working there anymore, but instead they dismissed me without any show-cause letter. Luckily I managed to sue them and win. No need to say much, mark my words which are more powerful than Feng Shui, this company and the boss will go bankrupt in one year.

The bosses often seem unsure about their work, which easier to take advantage of them, also lead to higher salaries for employees. They depend a lot on outside help to run the business, which means there’s a chance for external experts to get involved.
Cons
They don’t respect work-life balance, you must work late remotely and on weekends and cannot take sick leave, even when you’re really sick. The bosses give tasks that aren’t part of your job description and use bad language. They micromanage everything, don’t respect your privacy, and talk about problems with others instead of addressing them directly with you. This creates a stressful and unprofessional work environment.
