cold calling and the constant impatience of management, they are all about how much you can make them

- People that you work with are friendly - Office is centrally located downtown - Medical and Dental benefits offered - Good exposure to learning about business and growth factors of companies - Learn how to properly communicate with business professionals - Pay is good, with starting benefits - Good performance can lead to moving up quite quickly initially

Cons

- Management requires training on how to improve goal setting for employees & contracts - Unrealistic goals are more frequently set and management weights heavily in favor of the client - As previously mentioned by others; Research Consultant requires lots of cold calling, not so much "warm calling" as mention upon interviewing/hiring, therefore can be misleading - Not much flexibility; even tho management checks on your progress throughout the week/day via online system. - Micromanagement at some points

- I got promoted twice in 18 months. - Company ditched its old suburban office for a new downtown location which is close to the metro -Bonuses if work is completed on time - Fun group outings after work

- High amount of calling and emailing
