Most of the perks are provided by another agency. Because we are affiliated with them, we too get their perks. As such, there are zero perks from Reprise Media directly. Only from their affiliation. Although I admit, they are very nice perks. They are: Nice off space Great co-workers Beer
Cons
You will be overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. If you are looking to work for a search agency, look somewhere else. However if you do want to work there, you need to suck up to the leadership team. You aren't recognized by your talent, skill or experience, but by how much they like you. Hard work does not pay off... this makes for a poisonous atmosphere with a lot of politics. Many of us have stayed at Reprise Media hoping things will get better. It is like being in an abusive relationship. You stay even though you are unhappy. When things get a tad better you cling on to the idea of a hopeful future. As soon as you are happy you go back down to being unhappy for a very long period of time.
