As this company has grown, many of the good employees have been fired. There is no longer a focus on the customer and the motto of "when where you live matters" should no longer be their motto. The recent higher management hires care nothing for other employees and only worry about covering their own mistakes and shifting blame to their subordinates. You will give up all your time and never get anything in return. Women typically make less in this company than men.

They sometimes give too much grace to an employee who is not a good teammate or not doing their job. Allows for disfunction in the team and overall hostile environment.
