Pros

Some of the best and hardest working teammates. People who actually cared about your mental wellbeing. Also, a talented bunch. When the new CEO, Tue Le was brought in things changed in a positive direction. She was an exceptional leader.

Cons

The culture and understanding of what it took to scale a tech product was severely lacking. This wasn't the fault of the anyone on the technical side (senior tech leadership tried damn hard and did their best), but rather, from the operations departments which oversaw development (the company didn't have a technical product when it initially grew, and this was the consequence).
