Pros
I came on as the first round of employees and the company was a startup, lots of great minds and ideas. Nice office space.
Cons
Due to the owner having considerable wealth and the fact that he was using his own wealth as the investment vehicle, he would cherry pick investments only seeking the best deals. That is fine, however, in this role, my income depended on commissions. So the very slim parameters he set for investment parameters seriously restricted my income potential.
