1. A total outsourcing company, no control over the projects and has zero self owned products. 2. They never, I mean never tell no to clients. So employee has to take much extra burden. For example, regular client meetings after office hour, which you have to attend late night in you own house. You are regularly asked to do extra coding from your house. Frequent weekend job. As a summary, ReliSource will completely hamper your personal life. Some of my colleagues once had to give support during Eid vacation, as client does not maintain BD vacation schedule. Though experience may vary according to team but overall work experience is not good. 3. As long as the client is there you have your job, if client is gone then your job is too. So no job security whatsoever. 4. You will also find hassle while taking casual leave as you will be asked to take leave later. 5. Totally client committed company and employee satisfaction is considered least. 6. Very weak management. In summary if you have short plan of 6 months to 1 year then you can join here and earn some quick bucks. But leave as soon as possible because this firm will create pressure on your personal life and mental health.

They offer slightly higher salaries (5-10% more) but force 13-14 hour workdays. Once the project is done, they fire employees without reason. 3. Management lies constantly—more than you’d expect. 4. No experienced seniors to learn from, and zero career growth. 5. They deny even a single day of leave for 6-7 months straight. 6. They create a lots of false positive review in glassdoor. These toxic culture has been going on for over a decade—the tech community should boycott them.
