Inaccurate job description - it is no guarantee that you will make the $800-$1000 a week that is advertised. You will start at part-time hours and get paid minimum wage. You do not earn commission unless you make over what minimum would have given you that week. Harsh on employees - Expect to be ridiculed about break times and critiqued harshly on performance Expect employees to make work the center of their life - There is homework to do off the clock, book club you will be pressured to attend, and group chat that goes off all hours of the night
