      Pros

      Clean and professional and I don’t have five more words.

      Cons

      Absolutely no breaks, got in trouble for sitting down for 1 minute after working several days in a row with no day off. Also makes employees pay for a cup of ice while on shift. Never heard of such pettiness before.

      The cons were so overwhelming that I can’t think of any pros.

      Cons

      Regional Manager, District Managers, and HR managers are so unprofessional and disrespectful to their teams, not to mention incompetent. Total chaos every day. They don’t care how long your shifts are or how many MONTHS you’ve worked without a day off. They still come down on you hard! Negative reinforcement is the Refuel style. Disgusting treatment of people.

      You get good employee perks like a free fountain drink each day and food/gas discounts.

      Cons

      You get called in a lot and they are very strict on not getting breaks. Usually one person left to close everything either the store side or deli side.
