      A small company in a relatively new field that has a lot of potential for opportunities in the future.

      not a whole lot of responsibility is expected of you as in intern, so you don't delve deep into a lot of stuff. Kind of casual look at most stuff.

      Give salary with one hand and give stressful and unrealistic time line for goal completions. Consider as labor class. Industry is earning in Billons but giving employees like in coins of 10 and 20. Workload increase in appraisal time.
