      Gem of an agency

      Pros

      Redroc is a hard working group of talented people who have an affinity for doing great work and supporting each other in the process. Clients flocked to work such passionate people. Their founder and CEO is one of the best people I have ever worked for. He truly embraces productive friction for the purpose of bettering each and every client and employee.

      Cons

      Change is hard and this agency underwent a lot of change pre-pandemic... but it was worth it.

      Pros

      In my time at the agency, I've seen some of the good and bad elements described in other reviews. What has impressed me is the time and dedication of the leadership and team to work towards building a strong and inclusive culture, reshape the creative team into one that is both supportive of collaboration and creating opportunities to keep the team challenged and growing in capability. Under the leadership of the new ECD, good things are ahead.

      Cons

      There's always work to be done to make improvements at any agency, but Redroc is eliminating the cons and building on the good.

      The sleazy car salesman of the agency world.

      Pros

      The team is nice and hardworking. Work from home is a benefit, but you're not trusted to manage your own time and will feel locked to your desk for 10 hours per day.

      Cons

      The leadership team and agency is dictated by the Exec Creative Director who has very little agency experience before joining Redroc. He leads the agency with a toxic energy that revolves around his hero complex and no one is ever doing a good enough job. Clients are also treated terribly and will have little say in the final outcome of their own projects. If you're looking for quality creative ideas and collaboration, go elsewhere.
