Pros

Healthy lunch and chef, Wellness Program, Substantial Paid time off, 401K matching, general office facility

Cons

Don't be fooled by the beer fridge and bring your dog to work perk. This company is lost, confused beyond repair and in financial ruins. I came to work for Redemption Plus because it boasted a strong purpose and I believed I was part of something bigger than myself, pretty close to the perfect millennial job. The CEO, Ron Hill, was actively involved with deep conviction and clear vision. Last Fall (2016), Ron Hill hired a new COO (CRO), Sean Stormes, to turn around the company's profitability. Sean Stormes has since stripped the company of purpose, created employee attrition at dangerous rates, damaged/severed industry partnerships and distributed false data in marketing emails. Unfortunately, even with cuts Sean Stormes made to culture for profitability's sake, the company is less profitable than before his arrival. #PoweredByPurpose #RedemptionPlus

Pros

Culture is everything and they are very close to achieving alignment and clarity, throughout the organization. People and Purpose truly get prioritized ahead of profit (this a great recipe for profitability by the way!) The CEO is very accessible to all and will listen to anyone.

Cons

Team members that are selfish, misaligned or incompetent will not enjoy their time here. The positive culture is palpable and attractive to most candidates.

Pros

At least there are a few "real" people still left working there so maybe there is hope for this company

Cons

Horribly ran company!! Don't let fancy buzz words and books shoved in your face fool you. This company will be lucky to last 5 more years. The people running the show will be the inevitable downfall of this place. When they hire the man they had consulting for them and he has yet to turn ANYTHING around, this should tell you something. This place is a safety nightmare both on the internal side and the product side.
