Pros
Very small, close-knit atmosphere, plenty of project work and a centrally-located downtown office. There are opportunities to learn from some of the best minds in the business.
Cons
Lacks a shared culture of respect. There are no clear paths for advancement. I was thrown under the bus and belittled more than a few times by a direct supervisor, and there was very little done about it.
