Not what I expected...

Pros

To gain experience. Collegues are open minded and generally pleasant to work with.

Cons

Management lacked trust in employees specially remote workers which at times seemed condescending and offensive. There was not a well developed infrastructure in place to support remote workers efficiently. This experience was with the Yardley office.

Pros

My director at the time was extremely competent and advocated for the team. The colleagues I worked with were stellar, and there was a great remote culture.

Cons

Salary is better than some other agencies, but not super competitive. Client work can be challenging, with some clients being extremely disorganized and not knowing what they want. This can lead to inefficiencies and frustration, and you may be stuck with this kind of client portfolio for months.

Worst workplace I've ever been

Pros

Some talented and hardworking colleagues

Cons

- Constant leadership changes: The company has been acquired multiple times, and CEOs come and go, resulting in a complete lack of direction. Leadership does not care about how the company operates. - Disorganized and messy: There is no clear structure, processes are chaotic, and any attempt to suggest improvements is dismissed as "complaining." Blame culture: Management refuses to take accountability for poor decisions and instead blames employees for everything that goes wrong. - Lack of teamwork and problem-solving: There is no real collaboration, and instead of working towards solutions, leadership ignores issues or shifts blame. - Toxic environment: Employees are not supported, and constructive feedback is not welcome.
